To ensure the fastest ground journey possible, our vehicle only stops for restroom breaks and fuel.
Our driving staff take shifts operating the vehicle, so you can rest assured that our long-distance travel unit staff are always well-rested.
Your personal medical care attendant will assist you for the duration of your trip. Our nursing, Nursing Assistant, Aide Paramedic, and EMT staff are ready to ensure you enjoy the most comfortable journey. Deepening on your needs our team will recommend an appropriate care giver.
We can accommodate one seated family member if needed, but this is not mandatory.
Onboard amenities include:
- iPad with movies
- Small fridge to accommodate beverage, meals, and medication,
- Extra thick stretcher mattress,
- On board Wi-Fi, and music if desired
- Climate controlled environment.
Assistance is available during the trip at restroom stops, managing medications & continuous on-board oxygen. Higher level advanced care is available upon request.
We understand these situations can be time sensitive, and we are able to deploy teams quickly to manage your discharge requirements. Pre-booked travel is always available. This process can be daunting, our care manager will assist with every aspect of the trip.

- Direct communication with the discharging hospital, facility, or care centre as well as receiving location
